Modern slavery statement
Finobo Ltd is committed to conducting business in a fair and responsible manner. We take a zero tolerance stance on slavery and human trafficking, and we expect our suppliers and business partners to do the same.
Finobo is a UK consultancy in digital identity architecture and secure protocol design. The work covers eIDAS 2.0 and the European Digital Identity Wallet, UK DIATF compliance, and cross-border data governance.
Finobo Ltd may be below the turnover threshold for a mandatory statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement as a voluntary commitment to the same principles.
Suppliers and partners
We will not tolerate any abuse of human rights, any form of modern slavery, any involvement in human trafficking, or any child, forced, bonded or compulsory labour or servitude, by our suppliers or business partners, or in their supply chains.
We and our suppliers must comply with applicable laws, and must not charge workers recruitment fees, retain their identity documents, require compulsory overtime, restrict their freedom of movement or of association or their right to leave employment, discriminate, or use threats, violence or harassment. Anyone affected should have access to a remedy.
By agreeing to supply us with goods or services, or by entering a business relationship with us, suppliers and partners commit to adopting and promoting these values in their own business and supply chain.
If you cannot adhere to these values, please contact hello@finobo.com. Continued business with Finobo Ltd is acceptance of this commitment.
Our own conduct
We treat people fairly, act transparently, and respect human rights and fundamental rights at work, including freedom of association and the elimination of discrimination. We hold ourselves to that standard by delivering on our commitments and remembering the humanity of everyone we work with.
